Race rules

The Derby des Bois is a celebration of running in nature: sport, friendliness and shared fun. Sprinters, easy-going runners and walkers are all welcome. We simply ask you to come fit and to be properly insured (accidents, theft, etc.).

Each bib is personal: please do not swap or pass it on.

Children under 5 (calendar year) may not take part, except in the Parent & child category (from 2½ to 4 years old), a great chance to run together with no pressure.

If you cancel, registration fees are not refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Poles are allowed, but for everyone’s safety please keep them close to your body for the first 500 metres.

For safety reasons, nobody may accompany runners on the course.

Runners who start in a different category from the one they registered for are not ranked.

Photos are taken during the event. By taking part, you agree that they may be used for festive and promotional purposes. For any specific request, email mail@derbydesbois.ch.
